Excavation Operator – Full-Time We are seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Excavation Operator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating excavators and other heavy equipment on construction sites while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and quality workmanship. Responsibilities: Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation. Read and interpret site plans, grades, and utility locates. Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance. Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Follow all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
