Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Roanoke, VA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising construction teams, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and addressing challenges to maintain project timelines and quality outcomes. Restoration and re-building experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management to successfully organize, plan, and oversee projects.
- Experience and knowledge in Construction Project Management and Construction Management, ensuring proper execution and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Budgeting to manage project costs and financial planning effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
