About the Role: Alee Services is looking for a caring, organized, and motivated leader to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals of all ages and abilities. We are a smaller local agency and have very little management turnover and looking for the perfect person to complete our team! No Holidays and No Weekends! We will train the right person! degree is not required.

In This Role, You Will:

• Maintain and oversee 245D compliance and required documentation.Manage, support, coach, and communicate with staff.
• Assist co-workers in filling hours and maintaining appropriate staffing coverage.
• Co-manage the Mankato activity space, helping create a welcoming, organized, and positive environment.
• Manage a caseload of individuals of all ages and abilities.Plan and organize meaningful activities based on individual interests, goals, and abilities.
• Encourage positive community involvement, inclusion, and relationship building.Run and organize team meetings.
• Prepare, review, and maintain individual paperwork and documentation.Help problem-solve concerns and provide guidance to staff.
• Coordinate with individuals, families, guardians, case managers, staff, and other members of the support team.
• Work collaboratively with other Alee managers and leadership.
• Promote person-centered services, dignity, choice, independence, and respect. Help create a positive, supportive workplace where both the people we serve and our employees feel valued and supported.

Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service:

0–5 years: 60 hours

6–8 years: 80 hours

9–12 years: 100 hours

12 years: 120 hours
