Position Description:
Alea Leather is a fast-growing leader in the automotive leather seating industry, known for our craftsmanship, innovation, and commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers every day.
What Youll Do
Develop sales leads at dealerships and specialty shops within a 30-mile radius of our Wixom, MI facility.
Recommend sales strategies and campaigns that drive sales growth
Negotiate pricing
Support and develop relationships with other sales managers
Educate customers on Alea Leather products and differences to competitors
Manage Wixom installations and scheduling. Improve throughput and process.
What Were Looking For
Previous automotive sales related experience
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & databases
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Automotive dealership experience a plus
