Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and self motivated individual. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and aggressive sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with any questions, payments, and exceptional customer service as you multi-task helping in-person and over the phone customers with sales.DutiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Provide accurate information about customers insurance policy/DMV needs.Assist with outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and sales.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the office database.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.Keep up with daily duties such as, scan policies, keying in paperwork, sales, and organization.Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate support.SkillsProven experience in customer service or client services roles is preferred.Strong communication skills in English & Spanish; bilingual.Proficient in office software applications such as Excel, Google Sheets, Teams, etc.Comfortable using technology for customer support such as phone calls, chats, printers, scanners etc.Ability to type and input efficiently while communicating and closing sales with customers.Experience with outbound calling is beneficial.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.Join us in delivering outstanding service and making a difference in our customers' experiences!
