Job Summary
The ECF Notifications Department is responsible for reviewing and processing high volumes of important notifications/communications from all jurisdictions. This Department ensures that all notifications relating to cases in which we have either filed a Request for Special Notice or other pleading are saved, stored via docketing within our database and circulated to the appropriate attorney and specific paralegal(s) or group for review and/or immediate action to take place on the matter.

Essential Functions
- Conducting cursory reviews of Court communications for relevance and transferring all essential notifications into Word documents.
- Conducting secondary review of all essential notifications and all documents filed with the Court pertaining to each notification for accuracy.
- Processing all necessary notifications via email to appropriate Attorney and Paralegal.
- Saving all sent email notifications and relevant court documents in corresponding matter in the database.
- General computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work sitting at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be a team player.
