Associate Attorney
The law firm of Aldridge Pite Haan is currently looking for an Associate Attorney in Georgia. The Associate Attorney will be working primarily on consumer and commercial collection matters. The Associate Attorney position will entail managing cases from inception to completion, reviewing court pleadings, and court attendance.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with Juris Doctorate required.
- Previous experience in litigation, collection law preferred.
- Admission to practice law in the state of Georgia
- Admission to practice law in the state of Florida preferred, but not required.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred.
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
- A hybrid or fully remote office schedule is permissible.
