We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the core IT infrastructure that supports our business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, and system administration, and will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage servers, networks, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with DevOps, software engineering, and IT support teams.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or system administration.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments.
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
