MOCO Boutique is a fast-growing online women’s boutique, and we’re looking for motivated team members to join our Shipping & Receiving Team. We offer competitive pay and a fun, fast-paced work environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.

Our warehouse is located in Milan, Ohio, and all orders are fulfilled directly from our facility.

Position Overview

As part of our warehouse team, you will play an important role in making sure our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with care. This position focuses on picking and packing orders using our digital system, as well as helping maintain an organized and efficient inventory process.

Our team uses iPads and digital packing slips, so attention to detail and comfort with basic technology is important.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Pick customer orders from warehouse bins using SKU identifiers and our digital system on iPads

• Verify items for accuracy before packing

• Pack orders neatly and securely for shipment

• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for daily carrier pickup

• Maintain speed and accuracy while fulfilling orders in a high-volume environment

Inventory Receiving & Processing

• Receive incoming inventory including clothing, shoes, accessories, and beauty products

• Verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders

• Fold, repackage, and prepare items for inventory storage

• Label and organize new inventory according to our warehouse system

Warehouse Organization

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse

• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization

• Ensure products are stored properly and easily accessible for order picking

Product Support (Occasional)

• Assist with preparing items for product entry including tagging, barcoding, and organizing inventory

• Support teams with product preparation when needed
