Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Banquet Setup & Cleanup Crew. Team members play a key role in ensuring events are set up professionally and cleaned efficiently after completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Break down event setups and return equipment to designated storage locations.
- Sweep and mop all dining rooms, bar area, dessert room, common areas, and dance floor.
- Remove trash and recyclables and ensure proper disposal.
- Vacuum all rugs throughout banquet areas.
- Clean all bathroom areas, disinfect, and restock all paper goods.
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, and linens.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with banquet, catering, and event staff to ensure successful events.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous banquet, hospitality, janitorial, warehouse, or event setup experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
