Machine Operator – 1st Shift Aldora Aluminum & Glass Products

1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Move glass and aluminum products between workstations, racks, trucks, and crates
- Assist with manufacturing and production processes
- Operate production equipment, including tempering ovens
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and apply labels, tags, and production documentation
- Use tape measures and production tools to verify product specifications
- Rotate between production departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or glass industry experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety boots
