Leasing Professional Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional to join our team. This on-site based role, serves as a key face of our Aldon community—welcoming prospects, leading tours, and responding quickly to resident needs. Responsibilities include:
Sales
- Lease rental apartments to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals.
- Conduct apartment and community tours.
- Follow up on phone and email leads promptly.
Marketing
- Complete marketing reports, application, and leases.
- Shop the competition and assist with marketing ideas.
- Implement outreach marketing efforts.
Administrative
- Educate prospective residents on the application process.
- Process applications, including document verification, credit checks, and informing applicants of their status.
- Prepare new leases, schedule move-in dates, conduct inspections, and collect move-in fees.
- Assist with office tasks and participate in resident activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
