We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to ensure they are meeting performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Manage the store budget and ensure that all costs are controlled.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
