Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience

• Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and organization using RF scanners and warehouse equipment

• Load and unload shipments efficiently, utilizing tools such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas, including merchandising, packaging, and general upkeep

• Operate shipping & receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products and proper documentation

• Support retail sales by processing transactions accurately at the cashier station and upselling products when appropriate

• Assist in inventory management tasks such as cycle counts, stock rotation, and reporting discrepancies

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and control processes

• Proficiency with RF scanners, warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts), and shipping/receiving procedures

• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers

• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and stand for extended periods during shifts

• Good interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively and work collaboratively with team members
