Job Description
We are looking for fashion forward people with a drive to help themselves and the members of our team thrive on the sales floor and who will deliver an exceptional customer service experience every time, while supporting the operations of the Store and Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
- The Part-Time Sales Lead will help with managing the sales floor and encouraging growth and key selling behaviors on a daily basis.
- Will be responsible for helping Store Manager and Assistant Manager with certain related tasks and with leading members of the team.
- Responsible for driving sales and reaching sales goals.
- Responsible for demonstrating products and providing personalized style suggestions.
- Must be able to drive Key Performance Indicators and meet desired goals while supporting the team in also meeting their goals.
Experience
- Previous management experienced required, preferably in retail.
- Availability must include a minimum of Thursdays or Fridays, as well as a Saturday or Sunday.
- POS and cash handling.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available during peak holiday and business needs, including but not limited to Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve/Day.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $19.40 per hour
