Salary Increases: Year 2 - $98,250 | Year 3 - $103,500

Duties And Responsibilities

- Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.
- Provides summarizations and recommendations on next steps, based on data analysis.
- Participates in department meetings in order to gain insight and information to complete assignments.
- Gathers information, compiles, tracks, and creates reports to produce data and summary analysis relevant to project assignments.
- Analyzes and interprets data to solve problems and recommend process changes.
- Compares financial performance with projections and facilitates corrective actions when results differ significantly from plan.
- Develops and executes project plans and rollout plans in order to produce actionable materials to support store operations.
- Communicates information on behalf of the National Warehouse Operations Committee, including written and verbal communication.
- Ensures projects remain on track and follows-up with key stakeholders as necessary.
- Handles administrative requests and queries from leaders and keeps and maintains project files.
- Conducts training and cross training of knowledge and expertise within area of responsibility.
- Maintains an efficient and well-organized filing system for the department and ensures items are archived and disposed of per company guidelines.
- Supports company-wide strategic objectives and initiatives by evaluating the cost/benefit analyses and preparing measures for optimizing organization and process workflows.
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
