What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort Manager position at Alderwood Resort Management?
General Manager needed for an HOA community in Fraser, CO, responsible for all aspects of daily resort operations and physical properties of a 234-unit complex. The GM will work directly with the Board of Directors to ensure optimum performance and continued improvement in key results: Owner services, employees, project management, crisis management, sales & marketing, property appearance and financial controls.
Duties include, but not limited to, project management, property reports, status documents for real estate transactions, working closely with board of directors, attending board meetings, annual budgets, office administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have superior knowledge of Microsoft Office, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Some evening and weekend work is required, as well as after-hours response to emergencies.
This position supports management of properties owned by people outside the company and does not offer lodging or room/board. Relocation sponsorship or reimbursement is not available for this role.
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
