Alderwood Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.

- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
- Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
- CPR Certification.
