A Fortune 500 investment firm is seeking an AI Content Strategist to support the evolution of AI-driven chatbot and knowledge content experiences for B2B clients. This role will focus on creating, optimizing, and governing conversational and knowledge-based content that powers AI-assisted experiences across multiple business areas.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in content strategy, digital content management, and conversational experiences, with exposure to AI-enabled tools and chatbot platforms. This role is less focused on building AI systems from scratch and more focused on ensuring content is structured, governed, and optimized for AI-driven interactions and defined business intents.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Create, update, and maintain content for AI-driven assistant and chatbot experiences
- Develop deterministic responses aligned to defined business intents and user journeys
- Structure and organize content for AI and chatbot consumption
- Apply metadata and tagging standards to in-scope content
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, compliance, and client experience goals
Conversational AI & Chatbot Content
- Design and refine conversational flows, response structures, and fallback messaging
- Support chatbot and AI assistant content optimization efforts
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve AI-generated responses and user experiences
- Assist with monitoring chatbot performance and identifying content improvement opportunities
- Execute content updates based on performance insights and user feedback
Content Governance & Quality
- Manage content review and governance workflows
- Coordinate approvals with subject matter experts, compliance, and legal teams
- Ensure published content remains accurate, current, and properly maintained
- Support governance standards and documentation for AI-enabled content experiences
- Publish and maintain content within enterprise content management or knowledge systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, marketing, content owners, and AI teams to gather requirements and prioritize content initiatives
- Support workshops, working sessions, and content reviews with stakeholders
- Help translate business needs into conversational and knowledge-based content strategies
- Document processes, standards, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Experience in content strategy, digital content management, conversational design, or chatbot content development
- Background in financial services, B2B environments, or regulated industries
- Experience managing content governance and approval processes
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Experience collaborating across business, marketing, compliance, legal, and technology teams
- Ability to analyze feedback and make iterative content improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating and maintaining structured content for digital or AI-enabled experiences
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms, conversational AI tools, or AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience supporting chatbot or virtual assistant initiatives
- Experience with AI-enabled content tools or prompt-writing concepts
