Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Home Care Team Manager who will be a vital leader in coordinating the daily operations of the clinical field team. In this role, you will mentor and support caregivers while actively participating in day-to-day task to ensure both team success and client satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and support field caregivers (In-Home Aides, CNAs, and other field nurses)
- Oversee new hire orientation and competency check-off, including TB compliance and other new hire requirements
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to lead the interview process for all field caregivers
- Ensure all care provided meets federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Collaborate with Home Care Director and wider team on assessments, care plans, and client needs.
- Participate in care plan development, reassessments, and ongoing assurance
- Serve in rotating on-call schedule with the leadership team, supporting caregivers and clients after hours
What you’ll need:
- Valid RN license.
- Supervisory experience in home care, home health, or related field
Compensation: 82k - 90k per year.
