Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Bellevue, WA. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and daily operations of the church's facilities, including scheduling repairs, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the premises, and coordinating with vendors. Additional responsibilities include monitoring building systems, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in facility operations, building maintenance, and repair coordination
- Experience with vendor management and supply management
- Understanding of safety regulations and accessibility compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
