We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Assembler to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Assemble kitchen cabinets according to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
- Perform heavy lifting of cabinet parts and materials safely and efficiently
- Install fixtures, hardware, doors, and trim to ensure proper fit and finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Assist in the fabrication process as needed for custom cabinetry projects
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery for assembly tasks
- Experience with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
- Strong carpentry skills including trim carpentry, framing, and cabinetry installation
- Knowledge of construction estimating, remodeling, and restoration processes is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during assembly operations
- Familiarity with construction site experience or manufacturing environments is preferred
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical work, or masonry is advantageous but not required
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Strong teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work independently when needed
