About the Role
You are the first impression of Alderman’s Toyota — Vermont’s Favorite Car Dealership®. As our receptionist, you set the tone for every guest who walks through our door or calls our phones. This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out position. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the front desk, cares about getting things right, and wants to grow with a team that’s genuinely invested in their success.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome guests in person and by phone — warmly, promptly, and professionally
- Route calls and visitors to the right team member without delay
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, basic administrative tasks, and front-desk paperwork accurately
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times
- Manage and complete various ad hoc projects
