You will spend much of your day outdoors, traveling between customers, inspecting properties, performing treatments, and communicating with homeowners. You will have the independence to manage your route while still having access to a local team when you need guidance or support.

The work can be physical and fast-paced, but it is also rewarding. You will help protect homes, solve real problems, build relationships with customers, and see the direct impact of your work.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Want a career with genuine growth potential
  • Prefer staying active instead of sitting behind a desk
  • Show up consistently and handle responsibility well
  • Work effectively without constant supervision
  • Communicate professionally with customers

  • Want a stable, full-time schedule
  • Take pride in doing things correctly
  • Want your effort and performance to be recognized
  • Can manage a productive daily route while maintaining excellent service quality

Experienced Technicians Are Encouraged to Apply

If you already have pest-control experience, we would like to speak with you.

Previous experience with residential pest control, termite services, route management, customer retention, licensing, sales, or team leadership may qualify you for a higher starting rate and an accelerated path toward additional responsibility.

We value experienced professionals who can deliver excellent service, manage a route effectively, help strengthen the team, and contribute to Alder’s continued growth.

Basic Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to meet company vehicle-insurance requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
