What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimating Scheduler position at Alder Home Craft?
Alder Home Craft is growing fast! We’re on the lookout for a motivated Scheduler to join our Estimating team. If you’re eager to be part of a dynamic company with growth opportunities, this is the role for you! Our office is located in Gilbert, near Arizona Ave and Baseline. This is a full-time, entry-level position with hours from 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday—perfect for those ready to launch their career and grow in the reconstruction field.

Starting pay: $40K, with bonuses at 90 days. After your first 90 days, you'll also enjoy PTO, Holiday Pay, Health, Vision, and Dental insurance, plus a 401K.
Job Requirements:
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Customer service experience
-Experience with CRM software
-Must be able to work in-office, full-time (this is not a remote position)
