Job description
Alder Home Craft of Nevada is looking to hire a Project Manager. This is a full time position Mon-Fri with some flexibility to create your own schedule. We are located in Las Vegas, NV.
Starting base salary pay is $45-60k (depending on experience) with health benefits and PTO unlocked upon completion of 90 day probationary period. You will be provided a company truck, phone, and laptop.
About Us- We are a remodel/repair company that specializes in restoring water damaged homes to their original condition.
Responsibilities will include overseeing 20-30 jobs at a time while managing budgets and your subcontractors. You will be evaluated based on how many jobs you can complete and come in on budget each month, as well as your customer service.
Qualifications
- Some level of construction experience, home insurance industry experience is a bonus.
- Must have a valid drivers license, and must be able to pass a drug test, physical, and background check, prior to the first day of employment.
- Must have strong communications skills.
- Must have a basic understanding of budgeting.
- Must be proficient with software and technology.

Bonus Compensation: Up to additional $27,000.00 per year
