What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and more.
- Working on a wide variety of equipment including semis, tractors, trailers, farm equipment, construction equipment, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep our customers rolling.
- Using the latest diagnostic tools, service information, and your mechanical know-how to solve challenging problems.
- Welding, fabrication, and custom repairs when the job calls for it.
- Test driving and operating equipment safely to verify repairs.
- Keeping accurate repair notes and communicating with the team so every job stays on track.
- Working alongside experienced technicians who enjoy helping each other succeed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a diesel, heavy equipment, agricultural, or truck technician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, air brakes, engines, and drivetrain repairs.
- Ability to use diagnostic software, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to continue learning.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems—not just replacing parts.
- Team players who take pride in quality work and treat customers' equipment like it's their own.
