Commercial Painter – Apartment Interior & Exterior
We are looking for experienced and dependable Commercial Painters to join our team. Our company specializes in apartment painting projects, including both interior and exterior work.
Applicants must have commercial painting experience and must know how to properly operate an airless paint sprayer. This is a requirement for the position.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior apartment painting
- Operate an airless paint sprayer safely and efficiently
- Spray walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and exterior surfaces as required
- Brush and roll when needed
- Properly mask and protect floors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and surrounding areas
- Surface preparation including sanding, caulking, patching, and minor repairs
- Apply primers and finish coats according to project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers
- Complete assigned work according to project schedules and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous commercial painting experience required
- Must have experience using an airless paint sprayer
- Experience painting apartment interiors and exteriors preferred
- Must be comfortable spraying and working at a productive pace
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Must show up on time and be ready to work
- Ability to commit to project schedules and deadlines
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation
- Basic painting tools preferred

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
