POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of key marketing initiatives across the organization, including onboarding, audit coordination, lead management, intranet updates, and reporting. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of marketing systems and compliance requirements to ensure efficient, consistent, and compliant marketing operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs online, in social media, in person and through traditional advertising.
- Manage the department onboarding of new Loan Officers & Branches by planning and executing marketing onboarding activities, including visual asset preparation, social media setup, and webpage creation.
- Facilitate the marketing department’s audit process by coordinating audit set-up and assisting in the collection of required materials, ensuring all items are complete and ready for review.
- Coordinate the distribution of website leads by assigning inquiries to the appropriate Loan Officers, while tracking and reporting on lead activity to ensure timely follow-up and accurate routing.
- Manage the company intranet by maintaining and updating content, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easily accessible to internal teams.
- Create marketing reports to demonstrate our compliance with federal, state and company marketing regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in cross-training across marketing team functions/tools and provide support on additional tasks as needed to ensure team efficiency and continuity.
- Serve as a resource to other Departments and Branches as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE, AND COMPETENCIES
- Two or more years of marketing experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, including the ability to proactively engage by phone and provide clear, confident support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail; able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, problem-solve effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse personalities.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing preferred but not required.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Premiere, and Photoshop preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems, with the ability to learn industry-specific tools.
- Compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) requirements is required. Employee must complete annual training in these areas.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a clerical office setting; climate-controlled surroundings with adequate lighting and little or moderate noise when in the office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and photocopying is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
