What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Specialist position at Alcott HR?
Alcott HR is currently searching for a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will implement effective strategies to drive company sales, and develop and execute strategies to maintain and evolve the brand identity of Alcott HR. You'll create and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals of attracting new customers and retaining existing customers.
Here's what you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including demand generation, partnership marketing, advertising strategies, events, and more to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Partner across the organization to develop campaigns, product launches and partnerships that embody the Alcott HR brand.
- Work closely with sales to support strategic partnerships, verticals, and territory targets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. and implement marketing strategy and programs internally
- Create integrated marketing plans and campaigns, including lead generation, that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop compelling content/copy for sales presentations, digital advertisements, proposals, e-mail communications, and all sales/marketing collateral describing services and solutions.
- If applicable, organize conferences, trade shows, and events to establish our brand, and increase our network.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp) to create, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Develop automated workflows to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Marketing Consultant regularly to brainstorm ideas, set marketing timelines, and execute marketing plans.
- Participate in strategic conversations with subject matter experts to identify and implement opportunities for creative messaging for campaign concepts.
- Perform all social media outreach, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
- Evaluate competitors, guiding our efforts to the most effective strategies by finding opportunities in their successes and failures.
You are someone who has:
- 3 years of marketing experience
- Working experience in a B2B professional services firm (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent demonstrated work experience
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Experience partnering with sales and creating marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, and marketing plans.
Compensation - $65,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
