About The Role:
Alcority is a shared business service provider of Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, REFM and Insurance Risk Management services to a multitude of global clients. Alcority shared services are provided through a network of service delivery centers located in New York, Dallas, Houston, and London. The VP – Service Delivery is accountable for providing prescribed services to internal customers in accordance agreed service level agreements. The VP – Service Delivery reports directly to the President, Alcority and is a member of the Alcority Executive Leadership team. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and service delivery teams in order to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and client satisfaction across our various shared services channels. This is a highly impactful role which requires the ability to drive transformation and ensure that Alcority focuses on continuous improvement, expansion of service offerings, and achieving service delivery goals for all of our clients. This position is located in the new Alcority Service Delivery Center based in the Las Colinas area of Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Transition Management - Lead the effort to transition agreed Finance & Accounting, IT, HR, REFM and Insurance Risk processes from our clients into the Alcority Service Delivery Centers based upon an agreed transition roadmap and associated service
- Service Operations – Lead the Alcority Service Delivery Center teams to deliver services to our clients in accordance with defined master service agreements and supporting service level
- Service Design – Collaborate with Alcority Global Process Owners (GPO’s) to implement improvements to the services delivered to our clients.
- Continuous Improvement - Create a culture of Continuous Improvement in which the Alcority Service Delivery teams continually strive to identify opportunities to deliver increased service value to our
- Talent Development - Lead the effort to attract, engage, recruit and hire a talented Alcority Service Delivery team that is focused on upholding Alcority’s values while achieving talent acquisition
- Operational Planning – In collaboration with the Alcority Management team, lead the effort to develop, maintain, and ultimately ensure the Annual Service Delivery plan is executed on-time and within
Requirements:
- Extensive prior experience (at least 12-15 years) designing, implementing, operating, and improving a Global GBS model within a large multinational organization, with a focus on Finance & Accounting, IT, and HR shared
- Bachelor’s degree Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully coach and lead large, complex, and multinational service delivery
- Experience with developing career paths and identifying development opportunities, ensuring the ongoing growth and retention of top talent within the Alcority global
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to quickly establish creditability and instill confidence in clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong personal presence and a strong ability to influence and ensure alignment with clients, stakeholders, and team members across all
- Detailed knowledge of the capabilities of core enterprise ERP (D365), HRIS (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation and BI/DW platforms used to enable a shared business services
- Prior experience working outside the United States and/ or supporting Global customers is
- Advanced knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean and CI
- Advanced knowledge of system development lifecycles including SDLC, Agile Scrum, Hybrid
- Willingness to travel at least 30%.
