Responsibilities
Education
- Assess current enterprise identity management environment.
- Inventory identity repositories, credential systems, and access management platforms.
- Analyze: Authentication services, Authorization mechanisms, Federation services, MFA, PKI/PIV, Identity lifecycle management, Access governance, Privileged Access & Non-Human Identities
- Document ICAM gaps and risks.
- Support enterprise identity data mapping.
- Develop identity governance recommendations.
- Evaluate commercial ICAM solutions.
- Conduct policy compliance assessments.
- Support Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
- Develop security and access control recommendations.
- Support Zero Trust implementation planning.
- Analyze identity-related metrics and KPIs.
- Assist with governance documentation.
- Support policy and process development.
- Produce technical reports and assessment documentation.
- Support enterprise architecture development.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM/ICAM, cybersecurity, or identity governance.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management solutions.
- Experience performing security or compliance assessments.
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of:
