Alcobra is currently seeking order processors and saw operators.
These individuals will pick and stage various metals near bandsaws and cutting equipment, and help process these orders throughout the day. Additional responsibilities may include packaging orders, and maintaining a clean and safe shop environment.
Equipment our order processors use on a daily basis: bandsaws, shears, forklifts, overhead cranes. Previous experience with this equipment is a plus but not required.
This individual should be able to read a tape measure, lift up to 50 lbs., and work well in a small, fast-paced team environment. Starting responsibilities will depend on past work experience with the opportunity for further professional growth.
Production staff typically begin employment on a part-time basis, working 35 hours per week max. This period typically lasts between 2-4 weeks at which point the employee will be offered full time employment. Some candidates may be offered full time employment at start date depending on experience and aptitude.
