ATFCU is seeking a professional individual for the position of full-time Teller/Member Service Rep. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent member service, including responding to members’ request, problems, and complaints in a courteous, pleasant, and efficient manner.
- Provide support to members, in-person and over the phone, related to items such as accounts, loans, credit union products and services, digital banking, interest rates, account balances, transaction detail, loan payoffs, and disputes.
- Perform routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, loan advances, Visa cash advances, and check cashing.
- Process account applications for savings, checking, share certificates, IRAs, and other credit union accounts.
- Learn and utilize various computer systems and an electronic document imaging system for various tasks, such as inputting transactions, processing account applications, account servicing, document scanning and retrieval, research, and identification review.
Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service and cash handling. Experience in a bank or credit union may be given special consideration.
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Possesses a strong attention to detail.
