ALCIVIA is growing and looking to add a full-time Grain Customer Solutions Specialist at our brand new state-of-the-art grain facility in Hager City, WI . Work Setting : Onsite and In-Office.
Pay Type : Hourly, bi-weekly.
Work Location : N1474 770th Street, Hager City, WI, 54014.
Core Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm.

We are planning on having employees start working full-time at our Hager City location on March 17th, 2025. Grain Customer Solutions Specialist Essential Responsibilities :
ALCIVIA is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Grain Business Unit. In this position, you will be a part of our Central Grain Customer Service Team and work on administrative tasks within our computer systems. The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-department knowledge of ALCIVIA products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout ALCIVIA.
