Job Description :
- Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap for migrating risk functionality from the legacy authorization platform to the new authorization system and/or network layers.
- Drive execution through agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Support the team through the various migration phases (build, parallel test, ramp up, cutover, fallback and decommission)
- Partner closely with engineering leaders to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Coordinate functional tests, performance validation, and end-to-end readiness assessments.
- Facilitate alignment across domains on migration strategy, risk controls, customer impact, and timeline. Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decisions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for Postgres, SQLServer, or MySQL databases.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and articulate business problems to drive technical solutions
- 6 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, and data design
- Good proficiency in Python
- Strong experience with relational databases: Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance Model data solutions for high performance and reliability.
- Required:5 8 years of Product Management experience, ideally in payments, risk systems, platform modernization, or large-scale technology transformation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
