RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform skin analysis and patient evaluations
• Obtain and review relevant medical history prior to services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical treatment records
• Administer aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin (Botox), dermal fillers (lip injections only), micro-needling, PRP treatments, Diamond Glow, and Chemical Peels as listed on our service menu
  Additional service competencies may be required in the future
• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Follow all sanitation and safety protocols
• Actively request client referrals and reviews
• Stay current on industry innovations, treatments, protocols, and products
• Participate in ongoing education, including local and regional trainings, workshops, and national conferences
• Participate in social  marketing campaigns

THE MUST-HAVES

• Experience in aesthetic dermatology, medical spa, and/or plastic surgery required
• Completed certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• 1 years of consistent experience with neurotoxin and filler treatments (lip injections ONLY)
• Valid Texas Nursing License (required for RN applicants)
• Valid Texas Aesthetic License (required for aesthetic injector applicants)
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

SCHEDULE (PART-TIME)

• Mondays
• Thursdays
• Fridays

COMPENSATION

Training & Ramp Period (First 90 Days)

• $40/hour tips
• This higher base rate is designed to provide income stability while you build a consistent client base

Post-90 Days Compensation

• $20/hour commission tips
• Transition to a performance-based structure tied to service revenue, product sales, client retention, and overall growth

Additional Earning Opportunities (After 90 Days)

• Bonus opportunities based on achieving service and retail goals

Estimated Annual Earnings

• $60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on performance and client growth
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing: Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift)
• Lifting: Ability to regularly lift and carry 10–15 lbs; occasional heavier lifting with assistance
• Mobility: Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and perform other physical tasks as needed

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
