We roast our own coffee, focus heavily on quality and education, and strive to be one of the premier specialty coffee destinations in California.

We are currently seeking experienced, motivated, and hospitality-driven baristas to join our team.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about specialty coffee and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

• Dialing in espresso
• Espresso extraction and recipe management
• Milk steaming and latte art
• Pour-over brewing methods
• Customer service and hospitality
• Food preparation and kitchen cleanliness
• Cash handling and POS systems
• Opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• Specialty coffee experience preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Ability to work early morning shifts (as early as 6:00 AM)
• Ability to work afternoon shifts (as late as 5:00 PM)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages to company standards
• Dial in espresso and maintain beverage quality throughout the day
• Prepare pour-over coffee and manual brew methods
• Prepare food items according to company recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Assist with inventory and restocking
• Uphold all company policies and procedures
