Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline, and strengthening customer relationships through proactive outreach and disciplined sales execution. This role partners closely with the Global Sales Director and sales team to drive revenue growth by prospecting new customers, managing CRM activities, coordinating follow-up, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Business Development (priority)
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Use databases and mailing lists as provided (Construct Connect, Zoom Info, etc.)
2. CRM and Sales Process (priority)
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM.
- Manage follow-up activities and support the company's sales process.
- Track pipeline activity and provide timely reporting.
3. Account Development (priority)
- Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Ensure consistent follow-up to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Support
- Assist with quotations, proposals, presentations, samples, and sales materials.
- Support trade shows, webinars, and marketing follow-up campaigns.
- Coordinate sales activities to help maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of successful inside sales experience with measurable results.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Experience using CRM systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable making 20-30 outbound calls per day.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
