Role Description
This is a full-time Public Accountant role located on-site in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include preparing accurate financial statements, overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing expert financial guidance. Collaboration with clients and internal teams will be crucial to ensure all financial activities align with the company’s standards and client goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Experience with payroll processing
- Knowledge of Arizona TPT (Transaction Privilege Tax) and resale certificate filing
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with clients and teams
- Knowledge in tax accounting is a plus
