Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Junior Real Estate Agent role based in Laredo, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Real Estate Agent will support senior agents in prospecting for new clients, preparing property listings, and coordinating showings and site visits. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic market research, updating listing databases and CRM systems, assisting with comparative market analyses, and preparing marketing materials for available properties. The role also involves communicating with prospective and existing clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and helping facilitate offer and transaction documentation under supervision. The position provides hands-on training, regular guidance from experienced colleagues, and a clear pathway to grow within commercial real estate.
Qualifications
- Possession of, or active pursuit of, a valid Real Estate License in Texas.
- Foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts and local market dynamics.
- Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building with clients.
- Sales aptitude, with the ability to engage prospects, present properties, and support negotiation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail in documentation.

- Reliable transportation for property tours and client meetings in and around Laredo, TX.
