The Repossession Field Agent is an integral part of a Alcar Recovery LLC. The Repossession Field Agent's job involves communicating with internal staff, external team members and consumer’s that have fallen past due or for other various reasons that the bank/creditors have orders for repossession. You will be investigating and tracking the known locations of cars out for repossession, securing them, and towing the vehicles to the closest company storage facility. 

Must have a sense of urgency and have strong observation skills.

Attention to Detail: Concentrates on the details of each assignment/situation, and holds themselves to a high-quality standard each and every time

Customer Driven: Provides outstanding customer service to ALL people encountered; follows through on responsibilities and leaves customers satisfied

Get it Done Attitude: Demonstrates the ability to get the required results despite large workloads and completes demanding assignments in a fast-paced environment

Acts with Integrity: Does the right thing every time, even when no one is watching!!!!! HONESTY IS KEY.

 If you are at least 24 or older with clean driving record and willing to subject to a background check; if you want to work a flexible schedule including weekends, then you should get in touch with us. REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent required

You must be at least 24 years of age and have a clean driving record, pass a background and drug test

Experience working as a tow truck operation, or in the repo industry, as a flatbed operator, self-loader or tow dolly is encouraged, Industry certification a plus

Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision

Previous law enforcement or military a plus, Basic mechanical ability

Either possess or can acquire a DOT physical card and Class D commercial driver’s license

 Basic computer skills including internet and email, own a smartphone with service

Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic and loyal

Innovative, creative and seeks challenges while exercising analytical skills with determination

Ability to handle stress and multiple priorities with a level head and limited emotion

Flexible and self-confident with exceptional interpersonal skills

Effective command skills, competent management and organizational and conflict resolution skills
