Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Skid Steer Operator to join our asphalt crew. In this role, you will operate and maintain skid steer equipment to support paving, grading, and site preparation. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, steady hours, and great benefits.
Pay & Benefits:
- $25–$32/hour (based on experience)

Duties:
- Operate skid steer for asphalt paving, grading, and site prep
- Assist with material handling, cleanup, and job site support
- Help crew in all areas as needed to keep projects moving

- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Meet project timelines and maintain quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven skid steer operating experience (asphalt experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Team player with a willingness to help in all areas
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
