This position involves providing leadership and oversight for our caregiving services in the Albuquerque, NM area as part of the nations largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide support to our clients in their homes. We have offices in over 60 cities and nearly 20 states!

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of caregiving services
- Oversee and support a team of caregivers
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Coordinate client care plans
- Participate in hiring and training of staff members
- In-home assessments as needed
- Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year paid semi-monthly (plus bonus opportunities)
