Job Description

Seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Klarus Home Health to provide care in home health settings, covering Southern Santa Fe and Northern Albuquerque.

Responsibilities

  • Administer physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction of a physical therapist.
  • Adjust treatment plans as instructed to enhance patient progress.

Requirements

  • Must have home health experience.
  • Experience with homecare homebase EMR is required.
