We have an opening for a SALES LOT ATTENDANT!
You will be responsible for moving vehicles and helping to maintain an orderly lot. Picking up vehicles to and from off-site locations. If you have ever considered a career change, now is the time. Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist with parking their vehicles.
- Ensure the lot is organized and that vehicles are parked in designated areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of the lot to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with vehicle retrieval for customers upon request.
- Provide support to the dealership staff as needed, including moving vehicles for display or service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Previous experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of retail math to assist with cash handling tasks.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
