Alboroone is looking for a highly organized and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring smooth inventory flow across the business. What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels using inventory systems
- Track and manage inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments
- Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Analyze inventory trends, identify slow-moving items, and recommend improvements
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all inventory
- Prepare reports and support forecasting and planning efforts
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field is a plus
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Comfortable using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems effectively
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
