In this position, you will be the face to face point of contact for clients and their customers, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will actively engage with customers at leading retail locations, representing our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll present current, promotions, products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
Duties
- Interact with customers at top retail locations, representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Present current promotions, products and services
- Assist with sales, new account setups, and lead generation
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and generate new leads
- Develop strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Attend meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service and sales a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Self-motivated with leadership qualities and a proactive approach to reaching goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
