Location: New Jersey (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding global biotech organisation seeking an experienced Biotech Recruiter to support continued growth across scientific and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across biotech/scientific roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche talent pools
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced setting
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within biotech, pharma, or life sciences
- Strong understanding of scientific/technical roles
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies with pace and precision
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
Additional Information:
- Hybrid working model (2 days onsite in New Jersey)
