Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall guest experience in our vibrant ale house setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils as needed.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a bartending role or similar food service position is preferred.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Experience with cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to aquire/obtain servers permit and alcohol serving license.
